Dear Quest Seeker,

My Intention for creating this template is to help you cultivate a ‘well-rounded self’ based on 5 Areas of your life:

For 10 years, I was obsessed with productivity, self-improvement, trying to find the perfect productivity system to “change my life”. I would consume productivity content and download the hottest productivity apps that productivity gurus on YouTube were recommending. I would test new productivity systems and then jump on to the next trend when one didn’t work. I was stuck in a perpetual cycle of trial and error.

I felt like I was just being productive for the “sake” of being productive and not being fully aware of the reason why I was doing these things like getting up early, meditation, reading, journaling, etc. When you are obsessed with systems and trying to optimize everything, you lose the BIG PICTURE of things (sorry if this sounds too cheesy lol). Moreover, the productivity systems and routines that work for you right now may no longer be compatible with you in the future because your habits, routines, and goals can change according to the stage of life you are in. At least that is what I noticed with myself.

When these systems are not working for me I realize that I need to pause and figure out a new solution.

What is One thing that is long-lasting?

What is a system that I can always stick to and that I can work with for the rest of my life?

Your habits, routines, and goals can change depending on your life stages but your Values and Character are more stable and long-term!
